In January 2022, a global mining company reached out to us with a pressing need. Having recently acquired a mine in Alaska, they found the existing camp facilities below par and not aligned with their living standards. The challenge? The Alaskan construction season is brief, and they needed a rapid solution to find a camp that met their quality and cold-weather specifications. They also required additional facilities like a kitchen and laundry facilities as a minimum need

Within a month, we identified an unused cold-weather camp from a cancelled pipeline project. This camp was a perfect fit for room capacity and also boasted a fully-equipped 600-person kitchen, laundry facilities, expansive office space, and a medical clinic. By March, after thorough negotiations and inspections, all parties reached an agreement, addressing minor issues to everyone's satisfaction.

But the clock was ticking. With the limited summer and fall work window in Alaska, the camp needed to be dismantled, organized, packaged, transported, and then reassembled seamlessly. We recommended a seasoned contractor to the mining company

, who executed a turnkey solution, ensuring the camp was operational before the onset of harsh winter.

The result? A testament to our commitment to meeting client needs with speed, efficiency, and precision, irrespective of challenges.
